Crispy Duck Leg Crumble
A flavorful and crispy duck leg crumble dish, made with a mixture of crunchy elements and a hint of bitter flavors.
Ingredients
- β2 Duck leg
- β100g Bitter dark chocolateat least 70% cocoa
- β1 cup Crumble toppingstore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp Chinese five-spice powderadjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Light soy sauceor to taste
- βa few sprigs Leg of thymeadjust to taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the duck legs with Chinese five-spice powder and a pinch of salt.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the duck legs and brown on both sides. Set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the bitter dark chocolate over low heat.

Transfer the duck legs to a baking dish and pour the melted chocolate over them.

Top with crumble topping, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.

Remove from oven and brush with light soy sauce.
