Portuguese Pork Ribs
A classic Portuguese-inspired recipe featuring tender pork ribs, slow-cooked to perfection. These flavorful ribs are perfect for a cozy dinner.

- β1/4 cup bitter orange marmalade
- β2 sprigs romantic rosemary
- β1 cup portuguese red wine
- β2 tablespoons dense olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic

Preheat the oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.

Add the pork ribs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the red wine, marmalade, and rosemary to the pot.
