Beetroot and Bittersweet French Fries
Crispy French fries with a twist of bittersweet and earthy beetroot flavor. Perfect as a side dish or snack.

- β1 bag (2 pounds) French Fries
- β1/4 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
- β1/2 cup Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the beetroot into small cubes and set aside.

Cut the French fries into desired shape and size.

In a bowl, mix together beetroot cubes and French fries.
