Crunchy Quesadilla Fritters
A crispy, savory twist on traditional quesadillas, perfect as a snack or side dish. Crunchy exterior meets gooey cheese and tortilla interior.
Ingredients

- β4 tortillacut into quarters
- β2 quesadillashredded
- β1/4 teaspoon salty
- β1/4 teaspoon qq

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, qq, and salty.

Gradually add in water to form a thick batter.

Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When oil is hot, dip tortilla quarters into the batter, coating both sides.

Fry battered tortilla in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side until crispy and golden brown.

Using a slotted spoon, remove fried tortillas from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
