Squid Fritters Italian Style

- β1 pound Squidcleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Flakyall-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup Buttery Crumbleunsalted butter, softened
- β1/4 cup Ethiopiancornstarch
- β1/2 cup Waterice-cold
- β1/4 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste

In a large bowl, combine squid, flaky, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together buttery crumble, ethiopian, and water.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
