Indian Post-Workout Samosas
A delicious Indian-inspired snack to refuel after a workout. Crispy samosas filled with spiced potatoes and peas.
Ingredients
- β12-15 pieces samosasstore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup butterymelted for frying
- β1 scoop post-workoutwhey protein powder
- β1/2 teaspoon indianground cumin
- β2 medium postpotatoes, peeled and diced
- β1 cup workoutfrozen peas

Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Fry the samosas until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

In a separate pan, heat the melted buttery over medium heat.

Add the ground indian spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the diced post potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the frozen workout peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Sift the post-workout scoop of whey protein powder over the potato mixture and stir to combine.

Serve the potato mixture in the fried samosas and enjoy!
