Zanzibari Red Snapper Bowl
A flavorful and healthy bowl filled with pan-seared red snapper, Zanzibari spice, and steamed vegetables.

- β1 tsp Zanzibari spicestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Butterymelted
- β1 Red bell peppersliced
- β4 Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1 cup Snow peastrimmed
- β1 Bowllarge, for serving

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the red snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and Zanzibari spice.

Heat the melted butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the red snapper fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to the oven.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, steam the sliced red bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas until tender.
