Pan-Seared Fish Fillet with Floral Sauce
A delicate fish fillet pan-seared to perfection and served with a sweet floral sauce made from caramelized ingredients.
Ingredients
- β4 fish filletany white fish works well
- β1/4 cup floral ingredients (such as lavender and honey)adjust to taste
- β1/4 cup caramelized onionssee note
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor frying
- β salt and pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleyfor garnish

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sear the fish fillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan and stir in the caramelized onions.

Add the floral ingredients (such as lavender and honey) to the pan and stir to combine.

Return the fish fillet to the pan and spoon the floral sauce over the top.

Serve the fish fillet with the floral sauce spooned over the top and garnished with fresh parsley.
