Charred German Skillet
A hearty German-inspired skillet dish filled with charred ground beef and served with a side of steamed vegetables.

- β1 large Charred onions
- β2 tablespoons German-style mustard
- β2 large Skillet-cut potatoes
- βchopped 1/4 cup Fresh parsleyfor garnish

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
