- β1/2 cup GosariSliced and marinated
- β3 cloves Charred GarlicMince
- β2 tsp Molten GingerJulienned
- β2 tbsp Skillet OilVegetable oil

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of skillet oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the marinated gosari and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
