- ●1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- ●1 cup Granulated sugar
- ●1 cup Crumble topping (store-bought or homemade)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix together chopped Korean rice cakes, grated ginger, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and remaining 3/4 cup granulated sugar.

Add crumble topping to the bowl with the flour mixture and mix until crumbly.
