Spicy Sausage and Vegetable Skillet
A hearty and flavorful one-pan meal featuring spicy sausages, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of Moroccan spice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Spicy Sausagessuch as chipotle chorizo
- β4-6 links Kabanosoptional
- β1 cup Chewysuch as bell peppers
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Frysuch as potatoes, diced
- β1 teaspoon Moroccan Spicessuch as cumin and coriander
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the spicy sausages and cook, breaking them up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced chewy, Moroccan spices, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the diced fry and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

If using kabanos, add them to the skillet and cook until heated through.
