Argentinian Citrusy Chewy Empanadas
A twist on traditional empanadas, these chewy pastries are infused with the brightness of citrus and the flavors of Argentina.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup crumblefor topping
- β1 package chewy
- β2 tablespoons citrusyorange zest
- β 1 cup water
- β 1/4 cup olive oil
- β 1/2 teaspoon salt
- β 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Mix the masarepa, water, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

Place a spoonful of chewy in the center of each circle.
