Baked Ukrainian Pasta
A warm and comforting Ukrainian-inspired pasta dish baked to perfection. This hearty dish combines the flavors of Ukraine with the simplicity of baked pasta.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound PastaChoose a hearty pasta shape like pappardelle or fettuccine
- ●1 pound Ground beefMake sure to cook the ground beef to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C)
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●8 ounces Mushrooms
- ●1 cup Beef broth
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- ●1 teaspoon Dried dill
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the beef broth, tomato paste, and dried dill. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat mixture, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
