Moroccan Lamb Tagine

- β2 lbs lamb shouldercut into 2-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 large onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β2 tsp Moroccan spice blendsee notes
- β1 can coconut milk
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 tbsp honey

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb in batches, then set aside.

Soften the onion, garlic, and ginger in the pot, then add the Moroccan spice blend.

Return the lamb to the pot and add the coconut milk, chicken broth, and honey.
