Smoky Tarte Tatin

Ingredients
- β8 tablespoons Smoked Buttersoftened
- β1 cup Granulated Sugarwhite
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- β1 (9-inch) round cake Tarte Tatin Cake
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β1 can (14.5 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed Chickpeasfor garnish

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large skillet, melt the smoked butter over medium heat.

Add the granulated sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.

Arrange the Tarte Tatin cake in the skillet, and pour the sugar mixture over the top.
