Crispy Peruvian Rice Bowl

- β1/2 cup Crisp rice cereal
- β2 cups Cooked rice
- β2 cups Water
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 small, diced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
