Classic Musakhan Chicken
A traditional Middle Eastern dish originating from Palestine, Musakhan is a simple yet flavorful meal made with chicken, onions, and sumac, served with warm flatbread.

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and sumac.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they're softened and lightly caramelized.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned on both sides and cooked through.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Warm the flatbread by wrapping it in foil and baking it in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
