Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon
A simple and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared Norwegian salmon, crispy fried until golden brown, served with a side of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 Norwegian Salmon FilletFresh and of high quality
- β2 tbsp ButterUnsalted and softened
- βto taste SaltFlaky sea salt or kosher salt
- βto taste Black PepperFreshly ground black pepper
- β1 tbsp Olive OilFor frying
- β1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms)Any combination of stir-fry vegetables

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.

3. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.

4. Place the salmon fillet in the skillet, skin side up (if it has skin).

5. Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on the first side, or until it develops a golden brown crust.

6. Flip the salmon over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

8. Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom.

9. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until they are tender.
