German Shrimp and Wonton Soup
A hearty and flavorful soup that combines the richness of German cuisine with the delicate taste of wontons, featuring succulent shrimp as the main ingredient.

- β1 package Wonton wrappers
- β4 slices Crispy bacon
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 stalks Celery
- β4 cups Chicken broth
- β1/2 cup White wine
- β1/2 cup Heavy cream
- β Salt and pepper

In a large pot, cook the crispy bacon over medium heat until crispy.

Remove the cooked bacon from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.
