French Pork Gratin
A classic French dish combining pork with creamy and crispy elements.
Ingredients
- ●1.5 pounds Pork shoulder
- ●1/2 cup Crispy onions
- ●4 slices Cured bacon
- ●1 cup Creme fraiche
- ●1/2 cup Gratin cheese
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●2 sprigs Thyme
- ●to taste Salt

- ●2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Sear pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.

Transfer pork to a baking dish and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook cured bacon until crispy.

Remove bacon from skillet and chop into pieces.

Gradually add creme fraiche to skillet, whisking constantly.
