Crispy Algerian Flatbread
A crispy flatbread recipe inspired by Algerian cuisine, topped with a floral twist.

Ingredients
- β2 Potatopeeled and thinly sliced
- β4-6 pieces Flatbreadpreferably day-old
- β1 tsp Algerian spice mixor to taste
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing flatbread
- β1 tsp Floral honeyoptional, for drizzling
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Brush both sides of the flatbread with olive oil.

Sprinkle Algerian spice mix evenly over the flatbread.

Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the flatbread.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
