Spicy Stir Fry
A spicy and savory stir fry dish that combines the flavors of Korean chili flakes with the crunch of crispy elements.
Ingredients

- β1 cup (chopped) Crispy elementsChoose crispy elements such as kimchi or fried shallots
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β3 cloves (minced) Garlic
- β1 tsp (grated) Ginger
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the chopped crispy elements, Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
