Crispy Roasted Rice Pilaf
A flavorful and textured side dish, combining the crunch of crispy rice with the earthiness of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 cups roasted vegetables (such as carrots, zucchini, red bell pepper)
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
