Spanish Peanut Fritters
Crispy on the outside, rich peanut filling on the inside, these Spanish fritters make for a delicious snack.

Ingredients
- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Peanut butter
- β1/4 cup Crispy peanut pieces
- β1 Large eggs
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

Add peanut butter and mix until a dough forms.

Stir in peanut pieces, eggs, and vegetable oil.
