German Crunchy Rye Roll

- β1 cup crunchy roll toppinga mix of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and chopped fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp buttermelted butter for egg wash and brushing

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
