Crispy Bacon Crunchy Japanese Salad
A refreshing salad with crunchy textures, smoky bacon, and Japanese flavors.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Japanese rice
- β4 slices Crispy baconcrumbled
- β1 cup Edamame
- β1/2 cup Crunchy sesame stickschopped
- β1/4 cup Green onionsthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

1. Cook the Japanese rice according to package instructions.

2. In a pan, cook the crispy bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of soy sauce over low heat. Add the chopped green onions and cook until softened.

4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Japanese rice, crispy bacon, edamame, sesame sticks, and green onion mixture.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
