Minty Crunchy Fried Chicken Fingers
Crispy fried chicken fingers with a refreshing minty twist. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β4 Chicken breastcut into finger shapes
- β2 cups Buttermilkfor marinating
- β1 cup All-purpose flourfor coating
- β2 cups Crunchy peppercorn coatingcrushed peppercorns and crunchy garnish
- β1 cup Fresh mint leaveschopped
- β1 cup Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 tsp Saltfor seasoning

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, crushed peppercorns, and crunchy garnish.

Dip each chicken finger into the buttermilk, coating completely, then roll in the peppercorn coating to coat.

Place the coated chicken fingers in the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken fingers from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
