Crunchy Kenyan Mashup Bowl
A delicious and nutritious bowl recipe combining the flavors of Kenya with crunchy goodness. Perfect for a post-workout snack or meal.

- β2 cups Crunchy oat flakes
- β1 medium Ummi roasted sweet potatoes
- β1 can Kenyan chickpeas
- β1 medium Post-workout avocado
- β1 cup Mashup mixed berries

2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, and slice them into 1-inch pieces.

3. Toss the sweet potato slices with a drizzle of oil and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

4. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat.

5. Add the chickpeas and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.

6. Slice the avocado and set aside.

7. In a large bowl, combine the roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, avocado, and a sprinkle of crunchy oat flakes.
