Cured Condensed Comfort Cake
A rich dessert combining the textures of cured meats with the sweetness of comfort food.

- β8 ounces Comforting Cream Cheese
- β1 can Condensed Milk
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β2 Eggs
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour

2. Line a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan with parchment paper.

3. In a food processor, finely chop cured bacon.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add condensed milk, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.

6. Stir in chopped bacon, flour, and mix until well combined.
