French Delight Macaron Cake
A delicate French-inspired dessert featuring macarons and gruyère cheese. Perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients

- ●8 oz Gruyère cheese
- ●1/4 cup (unsalted butter, softened) French
- ●2 large eggs Re
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract Delight
- ●1/4 cup granulated sugar Date
- ●1/2 cup confectioners' sugar Night

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sift the confectioners' sugar into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract.

Add the sifted confectioners' sugar to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

Add the softened butter and mix until combined.

Fold in the macaron.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto the prepared baking sheet.

Tap the baking sheet gently to remove any air bubbles.

To assemble the cake, place a layer of macarons on a serving plate.
