Malaysian-Style Chicken Satay
Grilled chicken skewers served with a spicy peanut sauce, inspired by the flavors of Malaysia. A delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup coconut milk
- β2 tbsp peanut butter
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 stalks lemongrass
- β1 tsp chili flakes

In a large bowl, mix together coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lemongrass, and chili flakes.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
