Ingredients
- β8 oz sweet pancitstore-bought or homemade
- β8 oz canton glass noodlessubstitute with zucchini noodles for keto version
- β1 lb deep-fried chickencut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp jelly-like oyster saucesubstitute with sugar-free oyster sauce for keto version
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 inch gingergrated
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor stir-frying
- β1 tsp fish sauceoptional

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
