Delicate Irish Frittata
A delicate and flavorful Irish frittata made with eggs, vegetables, and cheese.
Ingredients

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic until the vegetables are tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, and chopped spinach.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
