Ukrainian Tomato Bake
A hearty, flavorful dish from Ukraine featuring fresh tomatoes baked with herbs and spices.

- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 cup delicious cheeseshredded

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange a layer of tomato slices in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Spread half of the onion mixture over the tomatoes.

Sprinkle half of the shredded delicious cheese over the onion mixture.

Repeat the layers: tomatoes, onion mixture, and delicious cheese.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top layer of cheese.
