Chinese-Style Crispy Lamb Kebabs
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a mix of Chinese-inspired spices and flavors.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesLook for lamb shoulder with good marbling for extra flavor

1. In a large bowl, combine lamb cubes, yogurt, crispy rice flour, five-spice powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
