Tunisian Quinoa Pilaf

- β1 packet delightful pilaf mix
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 small onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon tunisian spice blendor to taste
- β2 cups chicken brothor vegetable broth for vegetarian option
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
