Dill Bliss Soup
A creamy and refreshing soup with a hint of dill. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Bliss (such as cashew or oat milk)unsweetened
- ●1/4 cup Dillfresh
- ●1 tsp Tandoori spice mixadjust to taste
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 cups Soup broth (vegan)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in the tandoori spice mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the broth, bliss, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.

Add the fresh dill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt to taste.

Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.

Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh dill if desired.

Note: You can also make this soup in a slow cooker. Simply sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, then transfer everything to the slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
