Ackee and Salt Hash
A Caribbean-inspired breakfast dish featuring ackee, a traditional Jamaican ingredient, paired with crispy salted hash.
Ingredients

- β2 cups hash browns
- βto taste salt
- β2 slices american cheese
- β4 slices cured bacon
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

Add the ackee to the skillet and stir to combine with the hash browns.
