- β2 medium carrots earthlypeeled and chopped

- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
