Croatian Roasted Pork Roast
A delicious and easy-to-make roast pork dish originating from Croatia, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ●1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- ●2-3 medium-sized roasted potatoesOptional

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the pork roast with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork roast on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for 20 minutes.
