Canadian Hangover Cure Papillote
A savory, comforting dish to help alleviate hangover symptoms and rejuvenate your senses.
Ingredients
- β6 slices Canadian Baconthawed
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β1 large Onionsthinly sliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 bunch Papillote Greenschopped
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1 tsp Hangover Cure Spice Blendhomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the Canadian bacon with salt and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix together the potatoes, onions, and garlic.

Grease a large piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil with cooking spray.

Arrange the Canadian bacon slices on the prepared paper or foil, leaving space between each slice.

Top each bacon slice with a spoonful of the potato mixture.

Sprinkle the papillote greens over the top of the potato mixture.
