Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté the mushrooms and shallots in olive oil until softened.

Add a pinch of energizing spice, if using, and stir to combine.

Season with salt, pepper, and chopped thyme.

Transfer the mixture to a terrine mold and smooth the top.
