- β1 cup daboRice substitute, made from cassava flour
- β2 exotic pepperHot and spicy, use gloves when handling
- β1 bell pepperAny color
- β1/2 onionThinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon gingerGrated
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilFor sautΓ©ing
- β1 teaspoon Ethiopian berbere spiceSpicy and aromatic

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
