Traditional British Broccoli and Cream Scones
A classic British recipe combining the flaky texture of scones with the nutritious goodness of broccoli and a rich, creamy finish.

- ●8 oz Clotted creamfor serving
- ●2 tbsp Dense British buttermelted
- ●1/2 cup Fatty milkfor creaming

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut scones into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and clotted cream.
