Pan-Seared Hake with Egyptian Spices
A flavorful and healthy gluten-free dish made with hake, a type of fish, and a blend of Egyptian spices.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the hake fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the hake is cooking, heat the Egyptian spices and tagine in a small saucepan over low heat.
