Barbacoa Beef Tacos
A flavorful and tender Mexican-inspired dish made with slow-cooked barbacoa beef, perfect for tacos.

- ●2 cloves tenderminced garlic
- ●1 packet mexicantaco seasoning
- ●1 cup barbacoabarbacoa sauce

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the fatty over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and sear until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add the tender to the pot and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the mexican (taco seasoning) to the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add the barbacoa sauce to the pot and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the pot and stir to coat with the sauce.

Cover the pot and transfer to the preheated oven.

Braise the beef for 2-1/2 hours, or until tender and easily shredded.
