Argentinian Fermented Emulsion
A tangy and creamy emulsion made with argentinian ingredients, fermented for a unique taste.
Ingredients
- β1/4 cup Argentinian Olive Oil
- β4 cups, chopped Crisp Lettuce
- β2 tbsp Fermented Chimmichurri Sauce
- β1 cup, cooked Argentinian Quinoa
- β1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- β1/4 cup Chopped Scallions
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chopped lettuce, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped scallions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the argentinian olive oil, fermented chimmichurri sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, give the salad a good stir and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Serve the salad chilled, garnished with additional chopped scallions if desired.
