German Quesadilla
A twist on traditional quesadillas, filled with gooey cheese and German flair.

Ingredients
- β4 Tortillascorn tortillas or gluten-free alternative
- β1 cup Gooey cheesesuch as mozzarella or Monterey Jack
- β1/2 cup Fermented German cheesesuch as Weisslacker or Limburger
- β4 oz Sliced hamoptional, for added protein
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped

Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with fermented German cheese.

Add sliced ham, if using.

Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until crispy and golden.
