Morbier Frittata with Fiery Flair
A spicy twist on a classic French-Italian breakfast dish, featuring a rich morbier cheese and a kick from fiery peppers.

- β4 Dutch eggs
- β1 cup Milkwhole
- β2 tbsp Butter
- βto taste Salt

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add diced fiery peppers and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt.
